Licensee will not use Traffic Data, Traffic Attributes, Traffic Map:

(a) in connection with the transmission, sale, license, or delivery of any infringing, defamatory, offensive, or illegal products, services or materials;

(b) or in violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
